Getting into his fighting stance, Scott quickly shot at this figure... whom managed to dodge it all. It was then.... Scott realized something about who this was... something he couldn't mistake. "...you're a woman."
She just smirked at this, "Well, how'd you know?". There was no use in hiding any longer, and she flung off her disguise, "Seems the legendary Solid Scott is getting soft.
Scott just raised an eyebrow, "Oh?" with that being said, approached this woman, "Alright, what exactly's your name?"
She sighed for whatever reason, "My name.... my name is Melissa." she responded.

"To stop a nuclear attack, right?" Melissa suddenly interrupted, which left Scott nothing but stunned. He had to wonder just how she knew, but then she answered for him. "I was a fan of BLAZEHOUND back in the day... when you and Giga Bowser X were in it... unlike all that gene therapy that there is today," Scott couldn't agree more, "You two were REAL heroes."
=/ "...did you pay attention to a word I said?!" Melissa suddenly shouted back, "Whether you like or not Scott, you were a good man back then!"
She got a glare in return, "Look woman, I don't have time for this, I have to get out of here." he was about to run off, when he was interrupted.
"I'm going with you." she flatly decided, "I want to stop Liquid as much as you do."
Scot sighed, "...alright, follow me into the commander's office." he said, as he walked in.
