With Bonfire night fast approaching I was wondering what some of you have planned to do?

I know that the majority of the time it tends to rain but that still doesn't stop me from going to see firework displays.

In case any of you were wondering Bonfire night is celebrated on the 5th November in the UK to mark the occasion when Guy Fawkes was caught trying to blow up the Houses of Parliament in London. Fireworks are set off and bonfires are set up and burnt usually with a doll placed on top to resemble Guy Fawkes.

I'm staying in. My Dads working and my Mum hates fireworks, so I can't reaslly go anywhere good...


But I have a good view of the next town over's fireworks from my bedroom window so biggrin.gif

im not sure yet...i usually see fireworks from my dorm room window...and were not allowed fireworks on campus so that sucks...but i dont mind...ive never really been that keen on standing in the cold and buring money..oh i mean fireworks huh.gif
