After what seemed like an eternity, we finally managed to fix the Application Form for the Club BlastBurners Rewards Program. Due to the costs involved in shipping out prizes, we've also slightly modified the terms and conditions of the program. From now on, in order to participate in the Rewards Program, you must live in Canada, the United States, or the United Kingdom.

All current members of the program are asked to fill out the Application Form again in order to register their information into the new form database. happy.gif
